Please read and follow the below guidelines:

■To create a good environment

Taking photos, movies through any sort of equipment during the match is prohibited. This is because in the past events held in Japan, we have had problems of spectators using camera lights and other materials which creates bright lights, which was a disturbance for the players.
Only the media members who has made necessary registration and received authorization has the right.

When the game is not in play, (Players Entry or Exit, Award Ceremony) photos and movies may be taken.
Also if the Field of Play is not in the picture that is being taken, you may take photos and movies around the shops.
But in any cases please do not use any material that may cause bright flashes.

Any of the following which may be of disturbance to other spectators are prohibited.
・Using high-powered telescope
（lens of large diameter, focal range of more than 300mm）
・Tripod, Monopod, other supporting materials
・To stand at your seat to take photos
・To stop at path way to take photos
・Any other actions that may make other spectators disturbed

■Others
To use any materials taken during the competition for commercial use is prohibited.
But it may be used on personal online pages (As long as that page does not include any commercial advertising which may lead to commercial use).

If and when you have violated any of the above mentioned prohibited activities or the disobedience to the organizer’s instructions, you will be asked to leave the premises without any refund for the ticket.

We hope to create the best environment for everyone (players, spectators and staff) to enjoy the high level competition of Table Tennis, and that may only be achieved with your understanding and cooperation.
